hotel manager charged extra money for 15 minutes delay. first he ask me for 100 thai baht after that he cut 300 baht from my deposit which they take to me when I checked in there

The tetris hotel rooms was very Big and spacious. The Hotel reception staff was poor in communication and helping nature. The Food was also great. I would suggest the Hotel to keep staff that knows better English so she could communicate well with the Guest. Being a visitor to the country, my first mode of information would the Hotel reception staff. If she cant speak the main common language then there is no point for keeping her.

The stay at tetris hotel was good. The rooms were very clean and big in size. The pool was very clean and well maintained. But the WIFI was very slow, being a foreigner tourists it was very tough to have connectivity and accessibility of internet. There were very limited options in vegetarian food in breakfast and slow service.

I checked into the hotel with family. They are really running out of staff. Even the receptionist at the time of checkin did not provide us the complete details related to calling for room service has to be done prior. No information on the laundry service etc. Even for the smallest of thing you have to walk down at the reception and get your info/thing. Breakfast was ok but again with no list of items mentioned against each item kept in the buffet.

There is no sufficient breakfast options. No milk, no fruits, no eggs etc. Wifi or internet connectivity are very poor. In rooms there is no accessible of wifi. Porperty is far from the beach access. There is cockroch in our room.

This Hotel is so far from the main market and the travel is very exp and no other person takes this Hotel I was all alone in the full Hotel the Hotel in on the highway no super market open after 8 Pm and nothing to eat and shop the main market is 45 mins away and it's very terrible to stay here and the behaviour of the staff is also very bad not to stay I would recommend.
