As a couple we found the hotel centrally located at shopping area, easy to find just next to Baiyoke sky hotel. Absolutely clean, very friendly staff (helped us with directions and also suggested a hospital as I had got severe rash all over my body due to the heat & street food in pattaya). Loved their breakfast spread! Extra thums up for the helpful staff.

They had given room to us at 2p. M only and they kept us waiting. Most important for 5yrs old child they are charging extra for breakfast that was really very bad. We had travelled so much they were the one who asked us to pay. Overall it was not good just OK

Follow the video posted in the hotel site to reach the hotel without confusion from the airlink metro station. The mango sticky rice from the hotel restaurant is great. Close to airport. Airport pickup and drop is complimentary and prompt. Hotel staff is cooperative. Rooms need renovation. Spring beds needs immediate change as sleep quality is poor. Road noise is there. I got Good deal from MMT so it worked out economical with basic breakfast and transportation to airport.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff and the location. The rooms are really small for the amount of money you pay. They have very small rooms. We paid the same amount of money even a bit less and got 3 times bigger a room in Pattaya. So very disappointed with the room size also no amenities like bath gown, conditioner, lounge slippers etc are given. So a bit inconvenient because of that but the staff is really friendly and helpful. Kudos to them and in the heart of Pratunam. It is at a beautiful location.
