Excellent location immediately next to the train station and major tourist attractions as well as boats. Very friendly and helpful staff. Old world charm and wonderful rooms. We were given a complimentary upgrade which made our stay very enjoyable.

The best hotel I have stayed in out of more than 50 hotels in India and abroad, especially for the services. Very pleasant staff at the reception. Situated very close to the Lucerne train station from where we could easily walk to the hotel with luggage. Top recommendation.

We were there on 11 -13 May 2017. We booked two rooms. Location is very good. The room size was small. There is no AC in rooms. There is a problem of ventilation also. The hospitality was good. Breakfast was very good. The best part was walking distance from railway station.

The best Waldstaetterhof Swiss Quality Hotel I have stayed in out of more than 50 Waldstaetterhof Swiss Quality Hotels in India and abroad, especially for the services. Very pleasant staff at the reception. Situated very close to the Lucerne train station from where we could easily walk to the Waldstaetterhof Swiss Quality Hotel with luggage. Top recommendation.

We were there on 11 -13 May 2017. We booked two rooms. Location is very good. The room size was small. There is no AC in rooms. There is a problem of ventilation also. The hospitality was good. Breakfast was very good. The best part was walking distance from railway station.

This Hotel is just 100 m away from l zero main Station and about 300 m away from the Port and the famous charles bridge. Rooms were clean and Hotel staff were helpful.

Location is excellent just outside station food was average according to vegetarian breakfast has less variety nothing much they offer only breads tea coffee and eggs rest everything is good

The room size are small, with breakfast with absolutely no variety. The reception staff is very nice, they really helped us with our way around the city.

Excellent location immediately next to the train station and major tourist attractions as well as boats. Very friendly and helpful staff. Old world charm and wonderful rooms. We were given a complimentary upgrade which made our stay very enjoyable.
