Topaz Hotel provides excellent view of Kandy. Rooms are big and comfortably furnished. Hotel premises have many varieties of beautiful flowers planted all over. Breakfast is good. We are vegetarian, and Hotel had few options for us for lunch or dinner. Also, as it's on a hill, having a vehicle at your disposal is required, as there is no transport available nearby.

The hotel is on a hilltop so one gets good views of the Kandy city and greenery from the top floor. Food is average with few vegetarian options. Please take a room on the top floor for great views. Staff is friendly and they instantly helped me to book a cab with my specific requests.
