The owners son was at the reception & was friendly

It is in a quiet residential area. Good comfortable bed and we had a very good sleep. The breakfast was very good. Rooms were quite big nicely made and the bathroom was also clean. Reception staff very courteous. The hotel is at walkable to Bellver castle about 1 km but you have to of course walk uphill to reach the castle (good views of Mallorca from the top). Take a return airport transfer ticket from the airport(euro-8). Take bus no-1 and get down at plaza the espanya and from there take bus no- 5 (included in the euro-8 ticket) going towards son dureta and get down at 134 ANDREA DORIA 42(NOT andrea doria-22) and walk 300 meters.
