Nothing is good except the rooms

The front office staff is of no use except "Hellos". When you checkout, they ask money for random causes. For mine, I have been asked to pay 30 Euros for smoking in a non-smoking room, provided the fact that I don't even smoke at all. When I tried to argue, 4 people came to room and said, we feel smoke here, we feel smoke here. You will have to pay. So go only for room, rest it's useless.
