Not a good room or a cordial service

Tap had issue inspite of informing it was not addressed. Door lock had an issue , bathroom didn’t had a ventilation leading to smell post bathroom usage . Staffs were not very cordial and didn’t understand how people have traveled from various countries . Only Reema at the reception was good .

Good accommodation close to haram. But they need to upgrade their washrooms. Otherwise a cosy hotel with good access to restaurants and to mosque facilities. Easy to find on maps and very easy to get cabs.

Crowne plaza madinah hotel is very close to the masjid which is very good but the service is not good. We were there for 2 nights but our room was not serviced. Then, we requested them to service the room and they still did not service it which was very disappointing.
