I booked this hotel for my parents and they had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff especially mr sujan and ms arina were very friendly and helpful throughout the visit.I also appreciated the delicious breakfast and excellent service. The hotel location was very good. Rooms were bit small and narrow but clean and comfortable. Good was excellent. Staffs were really helpful specifically in the restaurant during breakfast. Good experience of stay in our vacation trip. Excellent service by interns and staffs. Empowered women at f&b service. Being a new hotel, holiday inn is justifying the ihg brand. Location is close to airport as well as pashupatinath temple. Thamel market is also close by. Amenities and guest services are excellent. A soft requirement of a few experienced staff will be better for further growth.
