Very close to temple and excellent hospitality

I hardly find any tourists over there....the property is not open 24*7

The property is decent. But the staffs are super helpful and supportive. Food is decent too. It's very near to Pashupatinath temple.. And hardly 2kms from airport.

Hotel is situated at good location and all staffs are supportive. We have enjoyed our trip. Food is also good and testy.

stay is good. But hotel employee taken CASH on 18/8/25 night for extension of one day by my guest Ramakoti Reddy without any receipt.. He vacated the room on 19th early morning . Again 19th morning while we vacated another room they demanded the money for Ramakoti Reddy's room. They said he was not paid for addl.day. we paid forcebly and taken a receipt about that as the flight time nearer in a hurried manner. They totally taken additionally from us. please verify CCTV footage. You can find 2 times he collect. I request you to refund additional amount collected by the Hotel employee. Please report HOTEL MANAGEMENT and punish the employee & get refund of addl.amt collected. If you require I vl send the receipt for 2nd payment. As a loyal customer for several years to you please do the needful

The hotel was just outside the temple and very well maintained and totally value for money. The food at the restaurant was good as well. Will recommend.

I had a very comfortable stay at Kailash Kuti Inn. The property is located close to Pashupatinath Temple and major attractions, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all essential facilities. Staff was polite and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience. The food was fresh and tasty, adding to the comfort of the stay. Overall, a great choice for both comfort and location.

The discrepancies between the advertised amenities and what is actually provided are shocking for a hotel of this caliber. Upon checking in, I discovered the room is missing fundamental amenities, including: * A not working television. * Proper lighting, including essential night lamps, and cleaning of the room etc. Moreover, the complete absence of lift access is a serious issue. As elderly guests, climbing stairs is not only inconvenient but also a significant physical burden. This lack of accessibility was not communicated before our arrival and is a major oversight. I urge you to investigate this matter immediately and rectify these problems without delay. I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution and arrange credit voucher.

I am staying at Kailash kuti inn, I had booked via Make my trip, on 16th of July i.e. yesterday I saw a big Rat in the room and asked at reception to shift me in another room, so they shifted me but AC wasn't working in that room so complained the same at reception and they shifted me into another room( this was my 3rd room), there also AC was not working. I came back to reception but all the staff was gone, only one security person was there, so informed him that AC was not working, he rudely answered me that I am going outside to meet my friend I will see this afterwards. The entire staff is so rude. No actions were taken by them about this

The stay was really good at hotel kailash kuti inn. Hotel room is clean , washrooms are clean .Staff is good..Food gives homely cooked vibe..and the best part of the hotel is that its just 1 min away from the temple .I had a serene time at hotel kailash inn

Booked for Temple View room , but was allotted some other normal room. No lift in Hotel. We booked 3 rooms , 3 Guest were above 75 years , one guest was around 83 years. We found difficulty with out Lift . Food was good.

1.The location was very good .. It is somewhere between Kathmandu airport and Shri Pashupatinath Temple. 2.Temple was just 800m from this hotel. 3.Rooms are clean and cozy. 4.Staff behaviour was nice. 5.Price was affordable also.

I had a very bad experience in this hotel, AC doesn't work, TV doesn't work, if you complain then the staff says you should leave a review on MMT, after paying so much money we go to enjoy holidays not to waist our time in writing reviews, the bathroom light blinks automatically,cockroach in bathroom, there is no lift available, overall it was a very worst experience, I will never advise any of my friends and family members to book this hotel.
