Good gateway in Chitwan

This hotel is really good gateway in Chitwan and has really good swimming pool and spacious room. Hotel had issues with check-in but later they managed good room for us. Food was okay.

Property: Excellent. spacious room.Neat and clean. Green. Well maintained swimming pool. We are vegetarian. They have good veg food. Kalu Dal was delicious. Momos was also mouth watering. The morning breakfast buffet has varieties. Boat ride: was a little accident prone. Boarding and unboarding places are not maintained. I would suggest that hotel should do something about it. Old aged people are not recommended to go for boating. Folk dance was also good. But it has been made more of a formal event. It can be converted to a more fun event. Barbeque was not good. The staff is very cooperative. We booked two rooms through make my trip on different dates. First room was reasonable. Second room was almost double the price. The late day we checked the price, which was dropped. We wrote to mmt. No response from mmt.

Very good experience but needs improvement

Very good property, staff is courteous, jungle safari and boat ride is very good experience. It's too far from kathmandu and connecting flight are very few. By road it takes more than 6 hrs to reach. Once your in property, staff takes good care of your comfort. Amenities are good but needs more activities and game zone in-house. It's far from other tourist attractions.
