Great Hotel but very poor service

We reached Hotel at 11:00 PM with 4 year old kid front desk work was for 10 minutes and they gave us Key to our room which was in 21 floor. After reaching our room, we saw our key was not working, we had to wait for more than 30 to 45 minutes to get security to reach and open the room door for us. Same issue happened next day after returning to Hotel but this time for longer period of almost 1.5 hours after which we lost patience and told them to change our room. Meanwhile, iron box was not working and when we told to change, they took our iron box and never got new one. There was no room service menu, we asked for it and waited for 45 minutes after which we went out had food and returned but still menu was not given. Overall excellent Hotel but horrible service.
