Pullman Kuala Lumpur City Centre Hotel & Residences

A very good and clean property! The location is perfect for both business and leisure travelers. The breakfast spread was excellent, and the room service menu offered great variety. Special thanks to the wonderful staff — I truly appreciate their honesty and promptness in returning my belongings, which I had accidentally left in the room during checkout. Their professionalism made my stay even more memorable. Highly recommended!

No veg options. The menu didn’t describe about food ingredients. They add soya, which is not mentioned in the description. I had an allergy because of that. In response they say you didn’t inform

Reasonably good location and services . Facilities are nice and rooms too are nice, however, wasn’t sure of room service so did not try

Good location in bukit bintang .. hotel is good .. very good spread of breakfast.. amenities and room service is good

While the stay was pleasant and the hotel is in a great location, the breakfast options were disappointing, especially for vegetarians. During my four-night stay, I experienced the same limited options every day, with no variety at all. The so-called channa masala, yellow dal, and vegetable curry lacked the flavor expected from Indian cuisine— they were bland and unappetizing. The chapati was decent, but the naan, made from refined flour (maida), was inedible. Additionally, the idli and vada were passable, but pairing them with yellow moong dal felt off. To top it off, there was only one chutney that didn't resemble any chutney I've tasted. I would recommend skipping breakfast if you choose to stay here. If you are vegetarian and expecting good Indian food options then skip this hotel! If planning to skip breakfast or lack of variety in bf is not a problem and want a hotel walking distance from bukit Bintang, KLCC, KLCC aquaria then it’s a great choice!

The location is really great but the breakfast buffet quality could have been much better. Lighting inside rooms could be improved. It felt a bit dark inside the room.

Good hotel, located opposite to pavilion mall in the heart of City centre, near to many city centre attractions. Rooms are new & well maintained. Bathrooms are good with bath tubs. Breakfast is well spread with multiple options (veg & non veg both). Was pleasantly surprised to see Choole Bhature on one of the days. The Check in was smooth , thanks to Ms Mia, (I may not remember the lady’s name perfectly). Got help at concierge via Mr Afiq. All & all a good stay

My experience with the hotel was great and especially the breakfast was very good. My only grouse was that drinking water kept in the room is too less and one had to remember to get water every day. In a humid city like kl there should be more water kept. Maybe the bottles can be bigger.

Rooms were clean and fragrant that gave a feel of luxury. Staff were very polite and helpful with the services. But i had faced an issue in the bathroom since the water was not draining post shower. And it was not something that could fix immediately since the floor elevation towards the drain was not correct. The property looks bit old and probably needs a renovation. Overall my stay here for two nights was good.

Worst hygiene no proper amenities, old property not recommended westin was way better than pullman

Our stay was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay at the Pullman. the room was very spacious and clean and breakfast option was also very delightful. the staffs were attentive and responsive just that on check in they told us that they shall offer us a welcome drink but that didn't came up, but apart from that there was no hiccups or backlash for our stay. We loved it ❤️

The breakfast choices are severally limited. It’s not the breakfast buffet, the location is very convenient and hygiene is great. Despite booking through mmt, i had to pay 400 ringgit as a security deposit. Which is hidden in one corner of their t&c’s.

We stayed for 3 nights, overall it was very good, rooms were clean and even the breakfast spread was really good.

We were asked to pay deposit of rm 300 which we were not informed before hand, and we had to deal with a rude counter person initially who was literally yelling, we had traveled and we were tired and wanted to rest however we were told to wait one hour before we could check in. However everything else was good the staff later on in the evening was very polite and actually apologized for the checkin incident. However, if i would have known that we would have to deal with such rude staff i would have definitely gone for other hotels

The hospitality was amazing with an amazing property. The food has been amazing would like to recommend people for this property.

Room size very small. Very old interior and very old rooms. Feels really low in d room. Very depressing atmosphere in d rooms.
