Clean and convenient location but small room

The room is walk able distance from Inaricho metro station and within 1 km from Ueno train station so the location is very good. The staff are friendly and speaks English. The room and the bathroom is very clean and well supplied with toiletries. They will also provide you two night gowns and a mobile charger. The only issue is the room and bathroom is pretty small. It's good for a single person, or a couple if you are staying for one night only. If you need to spend longer, opt for a hotel with larger rooms. The toilet seat may appear too small to comfortably seat if you have a larger physique compared to an average built person.
Cleanliness, location, management was nice. Small sized room and bathroom.
