The stay was brilliant. The hospitality was excellent. The place was at a great spot and the services were efficient. The food at the restaurant was also quite delicious. Overall stay was better than expected with a beautiful view. It is worth recommending to anyone who wants to come to tokyo.

Comfortable stay in the midst of action

The hotel is located in the newly built Kabukicho tower, a high rise building, pretty much in the heart of Shinjuku. We had a superior twin room, the room and bathroom size is on the smaller side but the room was spotlessly clean and we had a nice view of Shinjuku. Though the surroundings are noisy, the room had adequate soundproofing. There are lots of nice ramen and sashimi restaurants nearby. In case you are travelling to and from the airport, there is an airport limousine bus stop right at the hotel. Downsides- Please avoid the entry from the side of hotel/escalator side as it becomes noisy and crowded and you will find people drinking in the evenings in the open quadrangle. Take the entry from the bus pickup point at the side of the Hotel as it is quieter with a direct elevator access to the hotel.

The HOTEL GROOVE SHINJUKU, A PARKROYAL Hotel is located in the newly built Kabukicho tower, a high rise building, pretty much in the heart of Shinjuku. We had a superior twin room, the room and bathroom size is on the smaller side but the room was spotlessly clean and we had a nice view of Shinjuku. Though the surroundings are noisy, the room had adequate soundproofing. There are lots of nice ramen and sashimi restaurants nearby. In case you are travelling to and from the airport, there is an airport limousine bus stop right at the HOTEL GROOVE SHINJUKU, A PARKROYAL Hotel. Downsides- Please avoid the entry from the side of HOTEL GROOVE SHINJUKU, A PARKROYAL Hotel/escalator side as it becomes noisy and crowded and you will find people drinking in the evenings in the open quadrangle. Take the entry from the bus pickup point at the side of the Hotel as it is quieter with a direct elevator access to the HOTEL GROOVE SHINJUKU, A PARKROYAL Hotel.

The stay was brilliant. The hospitality was excellent. The place was at a great spot and the services were efficient. The food at the restaurant was also quite delicious. Overall stay was better than expected with a beautiful view. It is worth recommending to anyone who wants to come to tokyo.
