Worst staff and management — completely unprofessional

One of the worst hotel experiences ever. I already had a bad experience here back in 2018 when I lost some valuables — that time I thought it was my own mistake. But now I’m sure it wasn’t, as this time I saw that other guests have also reported similar incidents. After checking out and reaching home, I was suddenly accused of breaking two televisions in the room — something completely ridiculous. The person handling this, Mr. Carlo, was one of the most unprofessional employees I’ve ever dealt with. When I sent an appreciation email about one of their bartenders, instead of receiving a thank-you, Mr. Carlo replied with an accusation! Instead of clarifying or providing any proof, he simply blamed me and then went silent for days — only responding after I raised an official complaint to the top management. That clearly shows where the problem lies. This hotel feels unsafe and poorly managed. I strongly advise everyone to avoid staying here or at least inspect your room carefully upon check-in, otherwise you might end up being blamed for something you didn’t do — just like I was.

best best best, I dont think any other hotel in london have TotoSheet, food quality, reception people, restaurants people, simply the best! hotel is just 1 minute walk away to Tower Bridge !

I stayed at golden tulip rome piram for three nights the location was perfect , there was an elevator, they gave 4 bottles of water free of cost , and just two mins walking to roma termini.. the rooms were neat and clean with private washroom and house keeping daily ! totally recommended

The best part is its location which is opposite bus terminal making it easier to commute. The terrace in the evening provide scenic view of this beautiful city. Loved it here. Breakfast had lots of variety and staff was welcoming and courteous.
