Good stay near the airport

We stayed here for a night before our departure as our flight was early morning. It was a comfortable stay with all the amenities and facilities and good food at a great price. Best part was we were at the airport within 6-7 minutes which was a blessing considering Bali’s heavy traffic.

Didn’t have high expectations but this was very basic for a Hilton - the WiFi wasn’t working properly, the bathroom doors wouldn’t shut, sinks were clogged, paper thin walls. Decent breakfast and close to the airport. That’s the only saving grace if you need to crash for one night near the airport before your flight (which is what we did)

The property facade and facilities are good however very bad room quality, we found cockroaches in the washroom and even after complaining we were shifted to another room but same issue existed. No Indian food in restaurants. No service standards. Nobody came to escort luggage from vehicle. Front desk said - we will not attend calls as we have heavy traffic in lobby. Overall not worth the price, doesn’t meet a 3 star property standards also. Rooms do not match the image portrayed

Staff are awesome but hilton's hospitality was missing, which's unusual.

In the photos it looked very class but you don't get that feeling here. Nobody to welcome at the entrance and none to carry the luggage, i carried my luggage myself. Food was average. Staff here were very sweet, polite. Rooms are average.

This hotel is very close to the airport. It is near, the hospitality of the staff is top notch. We booked this hotel as we had a late flight and we were happy as we had a good rest. Had an amazing stay at hilt-on garden inn hotel. All staff were very cooperative and amazing. It was my mom’s birthday when we checkin into the hotel, the hotel staff celebrating her birthday by cutting cake and a small decor in her room. Food was excellent, less option for vegetarian people though. Overall a wonderful stay.
