The best thing about the hotel is it's location. Minutes away from Jordan MTR Station. Size of the room is very small. Food they serve does not have Indian delicacy but will give 4/5. There is a Indian restaurant curry leaf just in the back, need improvements in the service by the staff as Indians are looked down by them.

4 nights in Novotel was a great stay!

Overall it was a very nice stay, close to the food market(350 meters), bus stops(100 meters), metro stations(250 meters), etc. The only problem was with the bathroom as it used to get block even after 2-3 repairs. But must say hotel reception was quick to respond.

The location is the best. You have the shopping centre's all close by. The rooms are very neat and tidy with excellent breakfast. The Hotel was a bit expensive on few day and then there may be offers on the others. Please book in advance so that you get a good deal

Good Hotel but not hospitable

The Hotel is good and clean with great facilities. Location is good with lot of restaurants nearby. Temple street market is nearby. Hospitability is less. Reception staff at night shift are rude and don't adhere to your request. Only two small water bottles are given free and rest is paid so you have to shell out more money.
