Worst hotel fake facilities updated, nothing was up to mark except location, no drinking water, no hot water, no room service, no manners, how to deal with customer, no tv, no ac, no bathroom amenities, charges extra as deposit, threatened by owner, any type of facilities not provided by hotel, I don't know how MMT like brand do tie up with these types of hotels.

Worst hotel and not recommendable

The worst hotel in my life after visiting many countries. This was the worst experience in my life, facility is zero. If we take bath in bathroom, water comes out in room, there is no space at all, single person can not easily stand there, as its size 2. 5ft x 2. 5ft - in that WC is also wash basin also. I recommend that please dont go to this hotel (hostel) anymore. As you will cry after going there. I also request to makemytrip team, to visit the hotel - whose review is so much bad - also request them that please check with the hotel personally before advertising on site.

Chennai was facing natural calamities and we had to postpone our flight due to that but these people neither amended nor refunded back the money. Disastrous. This hotel is in Chungking mansion. As family, I would not suggest any hotels in this mansion.

Very poor hotel and very bad rooms. Rooms are very congested till now this is the worst hotel I have booked. Never go for this you can try any other hotel rather than this. Located in the city but service and rooms are the worstest. Please avoid to book this.

This is a bloody shit hotel I have never experienced in my life. I asked for a towel and they gave me a towel. If anyone see the towel they will kick him there itself. I do not recommend anyone to this hotel.

Nothing to recommend about this hotel. Area Tsim Sha Tsui is okay but, the building is very poor. Once you get inside, you feel like running out from the place. No courtesy from the staff. They act as if they are doing a favor. Room was infested with cockroaches. Bathroom is so small that you might find it difficult to enter. The 3 days I spent there were horrible. I was always thinking about the checkout time.
