We had checked in the property as we had a flight the next day. The rooms were very comfortable. The service provided by the reception staff was very warm and courteous. There aren't many good restaurants or eateries in the vicinity of the hotel, hence the menu in the hotel should have been a little more elaborate. The restaurant- the bar staff was very rude and impolite. They were behaving as if they are doing us a favor by serving us food, especially one lady waiting for the tables. She was just misbehaving with everyone. I told a couple that the restaurant was closed when it was clearly open. The manager had to intervene to make them sit and get some service. Not worthy of the Holiday inn tag.

Manager was totally rude person. Hotel even don't follow safety norms even basic safety. No first aid kit for basic medical emergency occurred in hotel. Even in case of medical emergency due to hotel ignorance still they don't listen don't support. Non cooperative even basic humanity is missing inn hotel staff.
