Terrible experience

Upon arrival, i found my room inadequately cleaned, with dust and dirt in various areas, and the bathroom had not been sanitized. Additionally, there were no toiletries provided. After requesting shower gel or soap from the receptionist, i was assured i would receive them. However, after two days of waiting after making complaint, today i received a hand wash bottle instead of shower gel. When i inquired about this, i was informed that it was a refill from a larger container, which i find unacceptable. Furthermore, the air conditioning in my room has not been functioning since the first day. The receptionist informed me that the central ac had been turned off due to cooler weather, which is the hotel’s policy. My room temperature reached 29 degrees, and i was advised to open the window, which is concerning as my room is on the ground floor and opens directly onto the main road. I also inquired about the bed sheets, as they had not been changed even after two days. I was informed that sheets would only be changed every four days, despite the lack of proper cleaning during my stay. Additionally, i returned to my room to find that i could not locate the room card for the lights. The receptionist mentioned that room service might have taken it and provided a replacement, but my room had not been cleaned.

Not good at all. No bath towels available, instead on asking they finally gave bathrobs mattress too old room size very very small. Air-conditioner was not working and even after complaint, they said this is what it is!
