The rooms are outdated in Royal Eagle. Bed mattress are deformed. Unfortunate to hear there are no spares. The air con facility is poor. Crampy washroom. Location is only good thing.

our flight was delayed by 24 hours so we informed MakeMyTrip team that that are checkin will be delayed by 24 hours. but when we arrived at Hotel the Hotel Manager told us that they have cancelled booking and market as no show. the hotel said they have no information regarding delayed checkin from MakeMyTrip and MakeMyTrip didn't inform hotel our Hotel was booked for 4 days. we have to pay again at Hotel for 3 days/nights
