We had booked 2 rooms ! For 3 nights..For 4 people! Unfortunately 2 of them had left one night earlier so we had an extra room, I asked them if they want they could check us out from one room n utilize it.. later the staff at the reception confirmed that it’s okay since we have a booking until the next day they will not sell the room ! Later that night they asked us to return the room key as they already checked us out from on room ! This was totally unexpected and shocking because they did it without asking me. As well as I was even charged to park at The RTA machines as they did not have free parking mentioned on the booking page !!

I had a lovely stay at President Hotel. we booked 2 rooms for a week. I noticed some positives - Excellent location. The hotel is 150 meters from the metro station and on the arterial road of the city. Al Karama area is full of restaurants. Gold shops and supermarkets are within walking distance. The room size is sufficient, rooms are clean and the linen is fresh. Room service is provided daily. Facilities like laundry, car service are available at extra cost. The staff is cheerful and polite which makes the experience lovely. The staff at the helpdesk was efficient and polite. The BREAKFAST IS FANTASTIC. The food options of pub as well as Indian restaurant make this place a great deal. Guests were not rushed to leave at checkout time and luggage was also stored at reception. Things that can be improved - the rooms need a fresh coat of paint and the windows need cleaning too! Drinking water is limited to 1.5 litres per day per room and we had to buy water bottles. Shops are present right next to the hotel. Overall, it's the perfect budget hotel. we had wonderful experience and I would love to stay there again.

Had a pleasant stay at President Hotel, Karama. The location is excellent — just a few minutes’ walk from the ADCB Metro Station, making it super convenient to explore Dubai or commute to main attractions like Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile, which made the experience even better. Rooms are comfortable for a short business or leisure stay. I recently stayed at President Hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is excellent very convenient with metro access and plenty of restaurants nearby. The morning breakfast tasted great, though I wish there was a bit more variety. Highly Recommend the president hotel at Karama

The hotel is well located close to the metro. The rooms are large and clean and tge service is very efficient. The restaurant Kovalam excels with the menu and the food served. There is also a bar where we could watch the cricket and tennis and a discotheque that we did not visit being senior citizens and averse to loud music.
