Perfect for Long Stays in Dubai

I recently stayed at Citadines Culture Village and had a very comfortable experience. The location is excellent—quiet and peaceful, yet well connected to the city. The rooms are modern, clean, and spacious with a small kitchenette, which is very convenient for longer stays. The staff were polite and always ready to help. The rooftop pool and gym facilities were well maintained, adding to the overall value. Only small downside was the limited in-house dining options, but since the area has plenty of restaurants and delivery choices, it wasn’t a big issue. Overall, a great choice for both short and long stays in Dubai.

Disappointing Experience

my experience was far from satisfactory. The staff was unhelpful and rigid, making our check-in process unnecessarily stressful. I had booked a room for myself and my partner. While I provided my passport, my partner only had a digital copy of their ID. Despite requesting and assuring the staff that we would provide the physical ID before checkout, but they were completely uncooperative and refused to make any exceptions.. This left us with no choice but to travel 90 minutes just to retrieve the ID and return to the hotel. This lack of flexibility was extremely disappointing. To add to the frustration, after finally checking in, we requested drinking water from room service, which was never provided. Such basic services should not require multiple follow-ups. Overall, this experience fell far below expectations, and I would not recommend this hotel to others looking for a smooth and welcoming stay.
