Horrible service at metropolitan hotel taksim

I recently stayed at metropolitan hotel taksim. My experience was extremely disappointing. The receptionist was not only rude but also repeatedly called me to check out as soon as possible, which felt pushy and totally unprofessional. On top of that, they charged for water and basic cutlery, which is ridiculous. I won't be coming back and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The worst part is the complete disregard for guest experience. I felt more like an inconvenience than a guest. Given all the issues, i cannot recommend this hotel to anyone, and i definitely won't be returning. This hotel was very worst and i hope they take this feedback seriously to improve. Horrible service, rude staff, disgusting if there was an option to give -10 stars. I would give them that too. Considering its a chain of hotel. I think this is pathetic all over the world

I called for cutlery and other things on regular basis they never responded on time they firstly pick up my call and later on they inf-act stopped answering my calls finally i have to get down and ask for cutlery which they handed to me over there only and said you can take this for your own to your room. No on time delivery for any room service
