Wrong room and without AC

Hi, I booked the hotel thinking make my trip offers better than other sites but they gave me something bad and not even what I booked. Hotel staff Jack at night shift we have only this room available take or complain. Room was terrible and AC was not working. I complained about refund to make my trip help section and no one has replied to me yet. Can someone please look into it as I don't believe we customer should get something worse than what he booked and website bookings are so misleading. Regards, Karan.

The location of the hotel is great with close proximity to istikal street and other landmarks. The staff was also very helpful. I just wish their bathrooms were a bit cleaner.
