Overall the stay was very poor. Check in was delayed and the lady at the reception was very rude and unwelcoming. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone coming from India

The stay at Arawana Regency North Pattaya was really amazing, spacious rooms and very friendly staffs. It's close to North Pattaya bus terminal and around 1km to Terminal 21. We stayed there for 2 days and we really miss the room. Also thanks to them, we got a free room upgrade with swimming pool view. It's a quiet neighbourhood and there's a 7 11 at a walkable distance. Overall I would rate 9.5 out of 10.

First impressions is wonderful and till our stay complete there is no complaints everything is best and staff is very polite and professional the receptionist staff is very friendly and good the location is very good walking distance to 7-11 and terminal 21 mall is also walking distance we walk 700 meters to 1 km and there is Pattaya beach so good location best hotel must stay here the property is newly renovated so all rooms are clean and swimming pool is amazing

I recently stayed at Arawana Residency in North Pattaya, and overall it was a comfortable and pleasant experience. The hotel is well located—close enough to reach the beach, shopping areas, and restaurants, yet tucked away enough to feel a bit quieter than central Pattaya. The rooms were clean, spacious, and decently furnished, with all the basic amenities one would expect. Housekeeping was consistent, and the bed was comfortable, which made for a good night’s rest after long days out. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with directions or taxi arrangements. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Facilities were simple but good for the price range. The swimming pool was clean and relaxing, and the Wi-Fi connection was fairly reliable throughout my stay. If I had to point out areas for improvement, I’d say the breakfast options were a bit limited and the interiors could use a little refreshing. But considering the budget, the value for money was definitely there. 👉 Overall, I’d rate it around 4/5. A good choice if you’re looking for a reasonably priced, comfortable stay in North Pattaya with friendly service and a convenient location.

Great new find at North Pattay

It was great experience. Hotel has just been recently renovated. The pool is quite large and it was near terminal 21. They also just opened a restaurant downstairs with Indian food and Indian Breakfast options.
