Terrible Stay

I have paid full amount for 2 days booking and when i reached hotel late due to flight delayed, the girl in the reception has given us room but after 1 hour she came and told us to leave the room immediately because we can’t give you room because you have checked in late and on denying she fought with us and misbehaved with us
