Hotel Staff is very uncooperative. They charged us extra 400 Baht for the torn towel and missing spoon which was not at all true. We checked all the items before leaving. Make sure you are in the room while they are checking the room for any damages.

don’t book this property from MMT . I was charged extra for my child. They specifically told us not to book their property through MMT. No support from MMT . Also the staff is very rude and property has no shortcomings on account of cleanliness , location, very rude staff.

The staff was very polite and professional. Property is was great and hygienic with good food and service. it is little far from ao nang beach and market so they have free van service to go to ao nang beach and also provide bike on rent. we booked pool access room with bathtub and we enjoyed it. they have private pool rooms also with better view so if you can get it, it will be worthy. overall, it was perfect stay for us

Staff were very friendly. Rooms were tidy, pool was clean. Location was perfect. Outskirts from the beach, no unnecessary traffic sounds. Only thing is breakfast buffet had limited options. Other than à la carte was really delicious. Especially thai food. Do not expect indian food on the menu

The hotel is good and amenities are also good. Staff is also supportive and only problem is no one understands english there. They should at-least have 1 receptionist who understands english. For every small query we need to go to reception and show the translation to make them understand. Overall it’s a budget hotel with food. Don’t count any amenities other than swimming pool as they are not at all good or even usable like gym
