Fair House Villas is beautifully located right on Maenam Beach — the beach is literally just steps away from the restaurant and pool area. It’s clean, peaceful, and has a relaxed, vibey atmosphere that’s perfect for unwinding. The property sits about 750 meters from the main road, so it’s a bit of a walk. If you’re planning to stock up on supplies, it’s best to buy in bulk. Fisherman’s Village, a popular local area with restaurants, shops, and a lively night market, is about 2–3 km away and definitely worth checking out. One of the charming touches of the property is the presence of two super friendly dogs that roam around. If you’re having breakfast, they’ll definitely appreciate a little extra chicken or meat! The breakfast itself is decent with a solid spread, though vegetarian options are a bit limited. If you’re staying in one of the Sunset or Ocean View rooms, you’re in for a treat. These rooms are located on a hillside and offer stunning views of the ocean — perfect for enjoying a couple of cold beers while watching the sunset. Overall, it’s a beautiful and relaxing place to stay.

Tee was very helpful. But their Seaview garden room barely offers a Seaview. It's partial Seaview and a bit misleading the way it is mentioned on the website. The service and breakfast are very good.

The property's location is amazing and the staff is very helpful. We had Mr Raju the manager there during our check in and he was very very helpful and gave us a room upgrade. The food is not that great. The restaurant food could be better. But overall a great property

Wont recommend this hotel during summer as the ac cooling was not good and when we asked the staff they said the ac they have in the resort is less than one ton and that is why room is not getting cold and not worth for the price. Over priced and very bad experience

Koh samui is paradise in itself. What makes it even better is fair house villa. Placed beautifully near the beach with serene space & mesmerising water. I booked the beachfront pool villa, trust me when i say it was my best vacation ever. Entire team is so very helpful, spa was excellent, breakfast was a big spread. If you ever plan to visit koh samui. Fair villa should be your destination.
