Not value for money. Lack of activities on the property and the property in itself is not loaded with much amenities/not very good.

The property is incredibly pretty with an open mountain facing view from it's main restaurant area. The rustic charm of the open gardens is an added bonus. The staff also helped me set up a pretty surprise for my partner on the occasion of her birthday ❤️ However, there are a couple of challenges with the property. It is a bit far from the main Chiang Mai city center. So if you are traveling late, please ensure that you have arranged for a separate cab/Dong Raeng with the hotel. Also, the style of hospitality is a bit different than the Indian style where individual guest's comfort is prioritized rather than just handing out a process / SOP list and then expecting compliance. On the whole, loved the property and the location! Would definitely recommend for a stay if you happen to visit the beautiful Chiang Mai

Perfect hotel what we were looking for, in nature, fantastic view, breakfast, service, arrangements, swimming pool with I guess no chlorine added in it, full calming and relaxing hotel. Will suggest everyone who visit Chiang Mai. Its best hotel to stay. Couldn't find any better place than veranda hotel. Must visit.
