I stayed along with my spouse and kid for two nights in aug'22. 1. Check-in and checkout was smooth. No surprises when it came to the bill. 2. The staff was friendly and helpful 3. The room was spacious/ comfortable. 4. Breakfast was good with a decent number of choices in the buffet. 5. We found the location to be very convenient. Easy accessibility to cabs, trains, trams and buses. 6. They don't have a restaurant where they serve lunch and dinner. Though they do have some snacking options. However, we didn't mind at all because of the multitude of good food options around the Opera Hotel Zurich.
