Centrally located near the heart of Barcelona. Universitat metro is within 1 minute walking connecting it to the rest of the city and all tourist places. We booked a family room. Room was specious and main road facing but with basic facilities. No fridge or tea/coffee maker in room. No in house restaurant. Breakfast available only during morning hours with limited choice of menu. Overall avarage stay. Location is the biggest advantage.

great location but very bad room size

Great location but room was very very compact. Doesn’t keep up to the ITC standards at all. You can’t even open 2 full size checkin bag at a same time. Might be a good option for solo traveller but for a couple it’s a terrible option. Room was clean and hygienic.

Location was very good, nearby many restaurants are available. Rooms had water leakage, ac was not working, no reception number printed on phone or anywhere so had to struggle to find that, lack of english speaking staff, bad orientation of the rooms

Our stay for one day 29th to 30th morning.

No boys/ help available in hotel to carry our luggage from taxi drop( before hotel) to reception or to transfer it to lift. The distance between reception to lift is just 15-16 feet. Lift facility available. No water kettle in room, no coffee sachets or milk sachets. Bath room clean, soap and towels kept. Hot water comes for two mins and stops we have to continue bathing with warm water, ( of course now summer. receptionist talks with courtesy but with broken english, helpful in nature. Tv channels all, europe channels. Bbc in english not tried. There is definitely language barrier in barcelona, very few people can understand english. We met one lady in bus stop and understand english and helped us in catching correct city bus
