Mercure @Steven absolutely no value for money They don’t have SPA facilities , no steam no sauna Their breakfast is pathetic , no variety of choice salads just one bowl , hot cooked meals absolutely out dated

Pros - Neat Tidy Rooms, Good in-room dining, 7/11 is in the same building, closer to the city center Cons - small rooms, its about 900 mtrs from MRT, which means lot of walking in humid weather Overall - Had a wonderful stay, would stay again

Just the best!! Best location, best staff, best convenience. The free shuttle service to the main mrt station makes it very easy to commute and the bus stop is just in front of the Hotel lobby. we were also given a complimentary refill of the mini bar that made our day. I recommend it to the people travelling with family and kids, their infinity pool will just make you feel like you are on your best holiday. 😍😍 Just the best!! My stay at mercure singapore was good. It’s a bit far from main city but has a bus stop within 200m and is very near to orchard road. There is a 7 eleven as well within 100m which is open 24x7 for any emergencies. The only problem was with my room which didn’t had enough cupboard space for two.

While overall prop is good but basic services was not up to mark > housing keeping didn't check showergel is refilled or not, microwave not available for usage, lock wan't functioning and it took 30mins for the guy to turn up
