We stayed in ibis for four nights, the location and breakfast was amazing but the front lobby is very poor, they can provide mugs at washrooms. Hotel can also have a travel desk. The reception people were very friendly and helpful.

Overall a pretty comfortable stay at ibis novena

We stayed in ibis novena for 7 days. Our overall experience was good. Most positive part is, it is situated in peaceful locality. Novena mart is a little far away, around 700 meters, so either you have to walk or rely on buses which drop you nearby at zhongshan mall. Rooms were cleaned daily and the overall property is well managed. Yes, they don't give you water bottles, but at each floor, they have kept water dispensers, so that shouldn't be an issue.
