Hotel elf ajyad is situated on hill and not convenient to go out and again come back. Secondly it needs renovation, the rooms are good, but the beds are not up to date. Wash room needs to be renovated. Wifi service not proper. Food is not having variety. Therefore if no good & better hotel is available then only one can think about stay at elf ajyad.

Elaf Ajyad Hotel was a disappointing choice. Although it’s technically close to the Haram, the location is far from convenient due to a steep 70-degree hill, and the gulf buggy is almost never available. The room itself was poorly maintained—the bathtub had stains and an unpleasant odor, the door lock didn’t work properly, and the carpet was stained and smelled musty, looking like it hadn’t been cleaned in years.To make things worse, the WiFi was extremely slow, making it hard to stay connected.

The room was cleaned, but the carpet was old, dirty, and unsafe for children. The furnishings were outdated, the toilet seat was in poor condition, some tiles were loose, and the shower seat leaked and didn’t work properly. Although wi-fi was connected, the speed was much slower compared to the reception area. I would rate this room a 1 out of 10. It falls below normal standards and doesn’t meet even basic amenities. Despite being listed as a 3-star accommodation on the booking portal, it did not live up to expectations. 26/10/2024

It’s nightmare to stay in this hotel

I’m really sorry to leave bad comments here but this is my experience because I almost collapsed and miss the train to madina because of the facility, we have some troubles at the last day of our stay: 1. The electricity city was off since 6 AM untill we check out @08:00 AM. 2. They never change our bed sheet, bed cover and they never clean our room, they never replace the towel😢. 3. At the last day of our stay I almost collapsed because the lift was not working so I have to carry all my big luggages and my 2 kids from 10th floor to G floor, and we almost missed the train because spending a lot of time taking all my luggages UP and DOWN. Wallah Im really sorry if I leave this comments like this but this happen to me and my family.

It was 1st in the life time experience, the hotel is located on the hill. This was never mentioned in their detailed description nor showing in the map, only a distance of few 100 mtrs ! as i climbed with difficulties i left th bags & went to Haram. Later came just to pick up the bags back. All my hard earned money was lost as it was non refundable.
