Good hotel badly maintained

The hotel itself is good, built nicely, but that's it. The hotel is situated above a 2 story deserted Hills Mall. The lift from mall/ car parking to hotel lobby stinks. In the hotel, the lifts are dirty. The carpet outside the rooms are dirty. In the room, USB port didn't work. Even a complaint and replacement later the result was same. There was no refilling of toiletries on a daily basis. They were only given once for a 4 night stay. The shower in the washroom was jammed. Any request for service was always delayed.
