I rarely write negative reviews, but my recent stay at wyndham KLCC compels me to warn other travelers.
Check‑in & First Impressions
Before I even reached the reception desk, a staff member stopped me outside the lobby and brusquely demanded to know whether I had a reservation. That unwelcoming interrogation set the tone for the rest of my stay and is, frankly, the worst hospitality I’ve encountered anywhere.
Staff Attitude
Every interaction with employees—from the front desk to housekeeping—was marked by rudeness or complete indifference. No smiles, no basic courtesy, and certainly no willingness to help. It genuinely felt as if guests were an inconvenience rather than valued customers.
Room Condition & Cleanliness
The room reeked of a stale, musty odor that never dissipated. Opening windows (where possible) and running the air‑conditioning all night made no difference. Carpets and upholstery looked worn, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired.
Overall Experience
Between the hostile welcome, the pervasive smell, and the staff’s unhelpful attitude, my stay was deeply disappointing. Vadham KLCC failed on every fundamental aspect of hospitality—warmth, cleanliness, and basic customer service.
Recommendation
Until management addresses these issues, I strongly advise choosing alternative accommodation in Kuala Lumpur. Your comfort—and peace of mind—will be far better served elsewhere.
