Excellent Stay

This was like an apartment without any room service and staff, however the hotel was absolutely great with kitchen, microwave, family mart nearby, restaurants nearby too. Room was clean, large, very nice decor, lighting, furniture etc. The staff was easily reachable and helped out in an emergency. We reached the hotel at 8:30 and therefore we couldn't be checked in. MakeMyTrip or booking failed to send us the email required to enter the building and retrieve the door keys, because of which we were stranded on the streets in the cold with my family. Fortunately another family entering the building let us in and prevented us from freezing and then we could figure out with hotel support.
