    Great location walking distance from the train station as well as the main square, marina piccola etc. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Rooms are well maintained. Staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful, they recommended some good tours and also helped us with all our queries on travel or train and boat timings.

    Cramped is all you will keep thinking

    Firstly please note this has nothing to do with the Ritz carlton group. So do not keep your expectations up. The room was cramped and the bathroom was miniscule. It was a 5 X 5 cubicle with a 2x2 shower cubicle, a toilet, bidet and basin. Will leave the empty space for you to imagine. The shower cubicle besides being tiny especially for a well built person like me, had the shower spraying water from a previous joint all over the place. The curtain did little to keep the water in the cubicle. Oh and did I mention there was no gradient in the floor so there were puddles of water in the bathroom all day long. While sitting on the toilet your feet will need to be placed on or in the shower cubicle as there isn't much space on the floor. The tissue roll gets wet after every shower. The toiletries were satisfactory but were not replenished on our 3rd night. The bathrooms were not well maintained. The room was neat and clean but very cramped. There is only one power outlet in the room, unless you go behind the refrigerator which is below the table to the only other power socket! Bad planning. Oh and by the way. Although we were travelling as a couple and had asked for a double bed, they apparently don't have any as per the reception.
