The make my trip team is horrible. We had 2 bookings for 2 rooms( double and triple) for 4 nights. For the double room the voucher mentioned 60 euro tax payable on check out. The triple room voucher did not mention anything. On check out we were asked by gore to pay 120 euro and to contact make my trip for issues. Make my trip team was very rude and said it’s not their problem they did not write on voucher. We had paid 32000 rs extra for triple room whereas as per hote child under 10 is free. We assumed the tax is covered since one voucher mentioned and the other did not but the team blatantly refused. Absolute pathetic service and will never book with make my trip again

The location is best for tourists. Colloseum is at walking distance. Indian restaurants walking distance. Metro at walking distance. Welcome drink and fruits in lobby always ready. Buffet breakfast and service is great. They make you feel pampered. Rooms are good and luxurious. Overall a satisfying stay. Will come back

The Hotel is located at a walking distance from the Colosseum. Easily accessible from Termini Station by cab. The rooms are nice and cozy and quite spacious for European standards. Overall a satisfying experience.

The location is best for tourists. Colloseum is at walking distance. Indian restaurants walking distance. Metro at walking distance. Welcome drink and fruits in lobby always ready. Buffet breakfast and service is great. They make you feel pampered. Rooms are good and luxurious. Overall a satisfying stay. Will come back

The Hotel is located at a walking distance from the Colosseum. Easily accessible from Termini Station by cab. The rooms are nice and cozy and quite spacious for European standards. Overall a satisfying experience.

It is next to the Colosseum. Just 5 mins from a walk. All other monuments are also accessible easily. Staff is very polite and help to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Good Hotel indeed.
