The room was very badly lit. Food was ok. Service was not good although the main staffs were friendly. The service was bad probably because it was Christmas Day and the entire Europe is closed. The rooms were not as clean as expected. No coffee maker, had to ask everything. The best thing about the room was big huge windows that gave a splendid view!

Florence is undoubtedly a beautiful place. The hotel's location is alright. It takes a while to figure out the bus and tram connectivity but once u understand that it's quite convenient. The breakfast was alright. We were there for two days and it was the same menu both days. The buffet comprised of mainly sweet and cold food items. By the end of the day we were craving for hot and spicy items. Variety is preferred if one is staying for more than a night. We were never served hot coffee. It was always a bit on the room temperature. The staff was not rude but wasn't too polite or hospitable either. It was a so so experience.

Hotel rooms are good and comfortable, Good bar and Restaurant as well. Location is away from Florence city centre around 8km, So you need to take a bus or cab to reach the hotel or go to the city centre for sightseeing, Bus stop is close by and connectivity by bus is good

Decent hotel and the receptionist by name Gina was amazing. So helpful and kind. Made our visit in Florence amazing. Truly embodies service with a smile. Hotel room was decent but the bathroom could have been cleaned better when we arrived. But the moment we called they sent housekeeping to take care of it. I would recommend the hotel.
