Pros: Hotel location and very near to Grand canal train station Cons: Extra charges for room service Hotel is clean while daily cleaning service is poor. They hardly clean anything On everyday basis they don't provide the toiletries, water etc. You will have to call for every single thing Zero hospitality, no greeting at the reception Quality of food is not great Rude in-house restaurant staff
