Chili ubud is an average resort. Outside ambience is good but inside the room most of the things need to be renewed. Hot water not working, shower head not good at all, water pressure is low, bathroom door damaged and doesn't have lock from the room which questions the safety, bcos toilet is ots, kettle not good. No buffet only 2 or 3 food varieties available. Same breakfast all day. Service is good. Overall very average resort, better try some other resort in the same place.

A lush green property amid-st the busy streets of ubud. However, the rooms need to be more clean and tidy. Insects and lizards can be seen all around, we had booked a private cottage with private pool. The same could not be used because despite getting it cleaned twice, insects and larwa were found to be breeding again. The wifi is terrible, signals disappear randomly and the overall speed is very poor. Not recommended for upcoming travellers, better stays are available in similar/ lower price bracket.

Excellent staff and food . Had a great time on honeymoon . The locality is excellent . The hotel arranged the pick up from the airport and the same driver showed us the places around . Very supportive and excellent humbleness . Spa and other activities too are excellent. Kintamani . Waterfall . Luwak coffee . Night Safari . Uluwatu temple . Market . Food . Everything is awesome . The room service is nice . Cleanliness is nice . Music is good . Water is available . It is away from the city and close to the nature . People looking for soothing and clamness should definitely visit here . The rent bikes . The rituals . The culture is first hand experience . The monkey point is nearby . The painting etc is great

Lack of staff in the hotel

I spent 2 nights at this cottage and my stay was average. Cleanliness was not up to the mark with bugs and lizard all over the room. They have only 2 staff all over the reception restaurant and room service in night. (Might be Having 5 people in the morning). Breakfast is average. Would not recommend this to anyone as it was not up to mark for the price paid

The place is amazing and the staff is uber cool and friendly. We stayed for two nights and we were treated to good hospitality and comfort. The restaurant was not tried except the breakfast but it's located in a very nice place which also has access to various other restos with various cuisines. Will definitely stay again when we go to Bali and definitely recommend to tourists esp couples.
