We booked the hotel long back for 2 days . After knowing that they provided us a room which had water logged problem in the washroom. The room was very old with no morden facility. After requesting many times they sent us plumber who said this will not be resolved. We got another room upon requesting that room also had same issue. Due to water logged we couldn't get ready on time and had to miss few attractions. Then in the evening we had to fight almost and got another room where washroom was okay but room door wasn't locked. Overall our experience with this hotel is extremely be bad. Additionally, every moment there were multiple monkeys who were jumping here and there and it was quite scary. Only the positive point is the hotel location which is centre of Ubud and very close to shops and Ubud palace. If you want to spend time for shopping this is good.

I had a great stay at Champlung Sari hotel and spa for 3 nights. The rooms and in general the hotel is clean and neat. It's surrounded with trees and has 2 pools giving it a very beautiful vibe. I took the spa services at their spa everyday and it was an excellent relaxing experience. Only one thing they can improve upon is the room lighting, the rooms are dimly lit. The staff is sweet and kind as well! Thank you for the stay! I had a great stay at Champlung Sari hotel and spa for 3 nights. The rooms and in general the hotel is clean and neat. Hotel stay was very pleasant. Room was spacious and cozy. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Pool and restaurant were amazing. Things that can improve, AC wasn't working properly as it was old. Bathroom washbasin was getting clogged, but the staff were responsive to repair it. There are lot of monkeys in the area which will make it difficult to use the balcony. All in all, very good stay, totally recommended.

The overall place is really good. Their Spa service is one of the best. Rooms are good, traditionally built and spacious, however it comes with less lighting. Monkeys do visit since it is close to MonkeyForest. It is situated in the marketplace making commuting and hopping nearby easy. The food is not great and it is better to look out for variety of options just when you step out of the hotel.

The place is at walking distance from sacred monkey forest and the market. There are very nice cafés and restaurants nearby. The hotel doesn’t serve much vegetarian options in breakfast so it was an additional cost for us since we had to go and do breakfast outside the hotel.
