No buffet breakfast at the hotel, my first experience at any 4/5 star hotel. We are only permitted to order any one dish / one juice / tea or coffee from a la carte. Completely disappointed with ny stay experience.

Stay was decent but not as expected for 4 star category hotel. 1 or 2 veg food options available at restaurant. Rooms need to be modified. Don’t book plunge swimming pool room because, Most of the times, atmosphere is cool and seems to be rainy, so you are not in a mood to use swimming pool. And you feel like you waste your money. Location wise the hotel is perfect.100/100. Hotel/ reception Staff was very decent and supportive. Restaurant staff need to be trained more specially in English language communication. Sometimes restaurant service was very poor. Need training. Breakfast is on ala cart basis, better to Keep it on buffet basis. You have to choose from the same options as predefined and printed on menu card. You don’t have enough choice to select. It will make your breakfast unhappy ☹️

Anumana Ubud would be getting an 11/10 rating for the customer experience, what a service and what friendly staff! Just amazing. Location is 10/10 perfect and in the center of Ubud with barely 2 mins walking from monkey forest and 5 mins walking from Ubud market. Staff will go out of their to assist you in anyway possible Surely would recommend these guys again.
