Front Desk staff is very rude and do not cooperate. Well in advanced booked 8 rooms and requested to give all rooms in same floor but they denied. After that we asked for spare key as my wife was out for shopping but they did not give key saying that please ask your wife to come face to face and then only will give keys.

However, we were pleasantly surprised to find a restaurant called Sharma Ji right inside our hotel, offering delicious Jain food! It made our stay so much more comfortable and enjoyable. The property has the best location for people coming to the city for the first time. The staff is super helpful and goes a long way to make their guests comfortable with the barrier in language being still there. The hotel also has the best indian food restaurant in the city and the staff has some indians working there which also helps in getting to know more about the city and how to move around.

We are currently on a business trip and as vegetarians—specifically following a Jain diet—it’s usually very difficult to find suitable food in China. However, we were pleasantly surprised to find a restaurant called Sharma Ji right inside our Baiyun Hotel Guangzhou, offering delicious Jain food! It made our stay so much more comfortable and enjoyable. We’re very happy with both the Baiyun Hotel Guangzhou and the dining options provided. Highly recommended for fellow vegetarians or Jain food seekers

The property has the best location for people coming to the city for the first time. The staff is super helpful and goes a long way to make their guests comfortable with the barrier in language being still there. The Baiyun Hotel Guangzhou also has the best indian food restaurant in the city and the staff has some indians working there which also helps in getting to know more about the city and how to move around.

All went well , the service provided was very good in all departments.

It was a short trip , 3 night stay in baiyun Baiyun Hotel Guangzhou ,it is a bit less time to explore city and ares surrounding the Baiyun Hotel Guangzhou . My 3 night, 4 days stay in baiyun Baiyun Hotel Guangzhou was very good , all services were good , property facilities, location,,nearby restaurants all is good . Nice breakfast aswell.

The property was centrally located. They have a indian veg restaurant, which was a blessing for a vegetarian like me. Could easily get a taxi from the Baiyun Hotel Guangzhou lobby itself, bell boy service was good, amenities were besic.

It’s the best Baiyun Hotel Guangzhou for Indian as in 2nd floor there is Indian restaurant Sharma ji which provides good Indian food with reasonable price, the staff also speaks English which is very much helpful
