I hope this message finds you well. I am a National Award-winning filmmaker from West Bengal, India, currently staying at the Radisson Hotel in Dhaka since November 25, 2024. I booked my accommodations, with full payment made prior to my arrival. I have attached the tax invoice for your reference. Regrettably, the Radisson Hotel management is claiming that they have not received the payment yet. This situation has been quite embarrassing for me as I navigate being in a foreign country. Thankfully, an honorable former officer of the Bangladesh Army intervened on my behalf and helped to secure my room. Despite the hotel's assurances, they continue to assert that the payment has not been received. I kindly request your assistance in investigating this matter urgently, as my checkout is scheduled for tomorrow. I must stress that if the hotel does not receive confirmation of payment by noon today, I will be compelled to take appropriate action against your agency for the distress and disruption this has caused. I have been attempting to reach your customer care since November 25, with little to no response, which has further added to my frustration. I feel it is important to voice my disappointment regarding your customer service, and I am considering holding a press conference to share my experience, highlighting the challenges faced during this booking process due to what appears to be a lack of professionalism. I urge you to communicate with the Radisson Hotel management as a matter of priority and resolve this payment issue swiftly. Your immediate action will be greatly appreciated. I booked it for the radisson name and must say i was mostly disappointed with the experience. The food is priced exorbitantly and the quality is below par at best. Not even in the same level as a much lower standard hotel. It used to be a nice property is what i think and needs a really good makeover.

Property and food was good but the whole experience was really bad. Had to make hundreds of calls from Bangladesh to make sure that they pay to the property otherwise the property was about to charge us despite paying it in advance. Even after so many discussions and calls I still had to pay around 600 bucks at the property

The stay was awesome. The location is perfect and it merely takes you 20 min from airport. The staff members are very professional in terms of hospitality and the guy at front desk was amazing (though I don't remember his name). The hotel is perfect 5-star hotel in Dhaka. Looking forward to staying next time whenever I am in Dhaka.
