Ramada By Wyndham

They denied the checkin to the room we booked and tried to give us a suite room at under construction floor. Few hours later they gave us a room in which the toilet seat was broken and there was leakage from the fridge. The staff was very rude. I have photos proving it. The checkin was a lot late. Totally dissatisfied

Lowlights of our stay are as follows: 1. No hotel staff available at night for luggage pickup 2. Poor lighting in room. 3. Property not maintained at all, require painting. 4. No AC control in the room, to control cooling one has to go to corridor to access AC thermostat. 5. Same breakfast menu throught all days with rice as only indian item.

Not recommended in terms of room conditions. No hygiene at all. I guess that was the reason it was all empty

The stay was very pleasant! We were greeted by Rafael at the reception who led us smooth checkin and stay! We will soon visit this place again as it got the very beautiful view by the caspian sea.

Hotel location is ok ok far from nizami /no indian food available / daily same breakfast /did not provide indian food even after breakfast and dinner was included / staff does not care reminders many time for bathroom door lock not working

Hi everyone Happy New year I writing For Rafael Thanks Rafael I liked Ramada By Wyndham Hotel Rafael was very helpful to me.

We had an excellent stay for 5 nights at Ramada Baku. We had booked 2 rooms and the staff ensured to clean both the rooms on a daily basis while refilling the supplies. The staff was very welcoming and courteous. I highly recommend this hotel. Though it is on the city outskirts, it is worth staying.

The hotel property is very decent but desperately needs maintenance (room door lock was broken but the hotel staff was perfectly ok to continue to use them. You should consider yourself lucky if your room has a smart tv else be ready to watch local channels during your leisure time. The hotel looks impressive i. E. It has a large reception area, large size restaurant & decent sized rooms but the staff is not friendly. They hardly speak english & you didn't expect any kind of hospitality from them. In case you need anything from room service e. G. Cutlery then be ready to wait & send them reminder calls. Overall, the hotel has high potential but the management needs to seriously look for some overall preferably the staff first.

Property is old cleanliness is very very poor towels are dirty old and worn out beautiful property but very poorly managed

We enjoyed our stay in Ramada hotel. They did welcome us so well. I say my thanks to the Reception team : Aleksandra, Turxan, Rafael, Nurlan, Nihad and bellman Ulvi. We had breakfast and it was so delicious, and thanks to the cook Muhammad, it was very nice and we really appreciate it. I recommend other guests to book here it is wery nice experience!

Great Stay, Rafel met at reception very helpful and genuine person. He also learned Hindi language was very kind to help everyone. Bell boy, Ulvu is also very good.

I stayed for 2 days, and the hotel was stinking, never ate breakfast over there because of the smell around and the food was also terrible. The photos of the room i booked was different. Very disappointed first time ever with ramada. Will never ever again book ramada in any country. Cleanliness in corridoors was also not great.

It was overall good stay but with certain shortfall. Ramada by wyndham can b a good choice during summer time but in winter time or rain days it is not a good option for couple, as it is in beach area. Almost 10km away from city main attraction nizami street. Also doesn't stay here on sun-day as they celebrate woman day so no man allow to use their spa, swimming pool n other facility. Well complementary veg food was ok. But don't expect tasty veg option there. Well french fries, potato wedge are the main veg option. But yes they provide dry fruit, honey as well. Catering staff are young azerbaijani boys which seems to be not very cordial with indian guest. As i felt there. They doesn't respond properly. Well their sea view room was nice. Overall good stay for 1-2 days.

The stay was average, as the rooms were big with a nice sea view. But the property is not maintained well and some of the minor things like jet spray, hot water availability etc is not consistent enough.

Rooms were not same even after booking 2 similar rooms. Different rooms were given when complained about it no help was received

It was very terrible hospitality received from Reception. Food was just okay.

Nice property to stay, outdoor pool and food is pretty good. Nice & friendly staff. Also the play zone for kids was good.

The location is out of main city. The food is also very poor. There is no bell boy for luggage handling. They took excess city tax as what was stated in our mm t voucher

Hello friends. Main mere is trip ke bare main sab clear batata hu. Hum 2 family's ya-ha rukke 6 nights. Jo hum e problem face hi hai wo sab se badi. Indian food in breakfast. Vegetarian food ke naam pr inke pass kuch nah i hot a. Fruits bread cornflakes bus. So meru request hai hotel walo ko ki sab se pehle indian chef f rakho. Kyu ki 80% ya-ha indian travel rehte hai.

It good and value for money but breakfast is not suitable for indian people. Lots of indian people we meet you here
