Had a wonderful stay, location is centre to many attractions. Good service, breakfast one of the best with good variety. Staffs are friendly. Overall enjoyed the stay.

location and view from the hotel is awesome. Rooms are spacious with all the amenties like kettle, coffee, slippers, bathrobs etc. Infinity pool vibes from top floor. Breakfast spread for both veg and non veg is good but they dont re-fill items before 30 mins closing time. Restaurant staff should be more friendly and helpful

No veg food options available, rooms very conjusted (very small), only good thing about this location which is very close to the shopping, night life’s etc! Worst food ! If you’re vegetarian then don’t even think about this place!

The hotel has no veg options in breakfast. we were a group of 4 adults and 1 infant. Not at all infant friendly, additionally I ordered egg omelette for my self as rest of the group was Veg, I found egg shells in my omelette. when we checked in the room AC was not working it took them 3 hours to change our room. Also on checkout theh will charge you for everything even if hand towel is missing so I suggest keep count of the towels they gave you and take pictures while checkout and checkin and also count daily towels given to you on room.cleaninh. The reception lady who attended us for check out was very rude she called me at 12:30 and ask me vacate room immediately like in 5 min come down or we will charge you 1 million dong . I asked her to give 10 min as infant also there with us but she didn't and talked very rudely I will not suggest this hotel to anyone most pathetic one

The hotel is close to all the major tourist landmarks and shopping in Ho Chi Minh City.. There was a confusion related to the swimming pool services which was something they could have improved upon. Great location near the market and independence palace. Lots of eateries around. Enough amenities. Breakfast options could be improved

Property location is good, rest we did not try good there as it has limited vegetarian options.. Hotel is basically preferable just becoz of its location ...

i feel like an average stay. I was at vietnam for 12 days. At sapa, hanoi and danag I stayed at 3 star hotels compared to that this stay was an average stay. location was very good walkable distance to lot of places food was avarage pool was below average

Charged me for dirty towels and napkin which seemed normal to get dry cleaned. Really bad! I insisted that it can easily get cleaned, however the staff said they will need to charge!

The Central Palace hotel in located centrally in district 1 of Ho Chi Minh City and walking distance to almost most of the tourist areas of the city.. The hotel is clean and serves good breakfast spreads for visitors staying in the hotel. There is an infinity pool alongside a rooftop bar with an excellent view of the city skyline to watch as you sip on your favourite drinks! The hotel is opposite the independence palace and surrounded with coffee shops and restaurants to enjoy! There are many convenient stores like 7/11 to pick up your favourite essentials and basic medical requirements generally open till late hours…

We chose this hotel for its appealing location, but our experience was marred by several issues during check-in. Initially, the staff informed us that we could not check in because the condition of our booked room was unsatisfactory and suggested that we stay at a different hotel. After multiple requests and some frustration, they finally allocated rooms to us. Since we were travelling as two families, there was an extra layer of inconvenience. The first rooms assigned were located on different floors, which disrupted our plans to be close together. Furthermore, upon entering the rooms, we discovered that one had an issue with the air conditioning, leaving it uncomfortably warm for some time till get fixed. In the other room, the exhaust fan seemed to be malfunctioning. Despite our requests for assistance, we were told that they could not turn it on, adding to our discomfort. Additionally, one of the rooms was missing the promised water bottles. When we inquired about this, the staff claimed that housekeeping had already placed them, but they were nowhere to be found. It was disheartening to deal with such inconsistencies. When it came time to check out, we asked for a 15-minute extension on our stay, but the staff categorically denied our request. Instead, they insisted we pay for a minimum half-day stay, which felt excessive. Finally, as we were leaving, we faced yet another indignity when the staff pointed out that we had left the foot mat dirty, claiming it couldn’t be cleaned. It was a disappointing end to our stay, as such items are naturally expected to get soiled. Overall, the lack of attention to detail and customer service left us feeling frustrated and dissatisfied.

Location was good. Food had limited veg options and nothing indian at all. They dont provide creamers in room along with tea/coffee.

I recently stayed at a hotel in District 1, and it was a great experience overall, thanks to its excellent location—everything was within walking distance. However, the lobby had an unpleasant food smell, especially near the elevators, which was bothersome for me as a vegetarian. A few air fresheners would help improve the atmosphere. On the bright side, the housekeeping staff was outstanding—always friendly and thorough. While the dining options could be expanded for vegetarians, I would still recommend this hotel for its convenience and great service!

The staff is not polite and sometimes rude. We requested drinking glasses and ice cubes, they asked us to go and collect from the roof top. Anything you order you need to follow up multiple times and the staff does not understand english. The only good thing about this hotel is the location.
