Novotel Hanoi Thai Ha

I took a studio apartment. All facilities for kitchen, laundary available with everything used of good quality. Restaurant has pure vegetarian options as well with vegan options with great skyline view of the city. Only things is it is 5-7kms far from pure vegetarian restaurants and day tour pickup location but getting a cab is easy with many shops nearby.

Awesome service, quick check in and they have allowed for late check out. Food was good but veg options could be improved.

Had a very good experience at the Novotel Hanoi. The room is very spacious… food is good.. overall happy.

The property located at a nice location,the staff was very supportive. The food spread had lot of options. The rooms taken was comfortable. They provide complimentary spa facilties. This was a surprise.
